Orders are usually processed within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit confirmation (please note: processing time is NOT included in shipping times). Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, but we aim to have your next favorite item within 2-3 business days for Ukraine and around 12-14 for the rest of the world. Please ensure that all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays.
OKINURI accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Sometimes we have to cancel orders due to processing or payment issues. If we cancel your order due to suspected fraud or other processing issues, we will contact you to verify the cancellation or to obtain additional information necessary to process the order. We cannot hold goods on orders for which we cannot receive payment. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours of contacting us to verify the information, we will cancel your order.
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address associated with the order.
You can check the status of your shipment when you receive a delivery confirmation email. Please use the tracking number provided to track your order and track its progress! If you selected a text message, you will receive the tracking information as a text message to the specified number
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ukraine. If your order is sent in multiple packages, you will receive all tracking numbers attached to the shipment.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at store.okinuri@gmail.com All shipments delivered to the correct shipping address on the order are no longer OKINURI's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
The cost of international shipping will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for paying any additional duties, import taxes, brokerage or customs fees associated with international shipping. In addition to the shipping cost, these fees will be added to the total at checkout and the order will be delivered DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Duties and taxes are non-refundable. In the event that you return a package, or your package is returned to sender or abandoned, the duties payable on the package and any related fees will be deducted from your refund.
